Refund, replacement & cancelations

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your order free of charge. (UK) 

You can return the items up to 30 days from the purchase date, we will provide you with a prepaid label to return the unwanted items. Our processing team will check the items (usually within 24 hours of receipt) & credit the full price you paid for the items to the card used to purchase.

How to return an item:
- The request needs to be within 30 days of the purchase date
- Contact us on: 0844 693 3103 or returns@kynaboutique.co.uk with your order number (on your order confirmation email)
- You will be given a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which needs to be written on your receipt.
- Place the items to be returned, along with your receipt in the bag or box.
- Place the prepaid returns label on your sealed package & post it back to us.
NOTE: The returns label will allow you to return your item/s without you having to pay postage.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt & once the returned items have been checked. The refund will be credited to the original card used to make the purchase. It can take up to 30 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before we have sent it out to you, give our Customer Loyalty Team a call (0844 693 3103) or email them (returns@kynaboutique.co.uk) . If we have already shipped your order, just follow the returns process. We reserve the right to refuse unsolicited order returns.

Replacements
If you receive an item(s) that are faulty or have been damaged in transit, let us know straight away. Either give the Customer Loyalty Team a call (0844 693 3103) or email them (returns@kynaboutique.co.uk), we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Send the original item(s) to us using the prepaid returns label. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

The Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) provides for the return of faulty item(s). An item(s) is deemed faulty if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that is immediately evident or occurs within 6 months of the item(s) being received. Where possible item(s) will be repaired or replaced for the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the item(s) cannot be repaired or replaced for the same item, a full refund will be issued. Repairs do not come with any guarantees. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
